By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide is considered final and correct. This includes:
- Text: All text, names, spellings, and dates to be used on the headstone.
- Artwork: All graphic and border artwork submissions.
Once you have submitted your order, these details are considered final. We will create your product based on the information you have provided, and you are responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in your submission. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your order.
Payment
By submitting your order, you agree that your payment is complete and final. All transactions are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

You agree that a representative of Cemetery Management Company Ltd. (CMCL) may contact you for clarification or verification regarding your order. This communication is to ensure the accuracy of the details you have provided and to facilitate the successful completion of your order.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your product, you must contact us within [insert number, e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if a defect is confirmed, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a store credit.
